There are a few ways that you can have a legal ceremony in Mallorca – but these are quite limited; if you are Catholics, if you have Swedish nationality or if you have residency here. If this doesn’t fit your situation, don’t worry! Almost all of our couples opt for a simple register office ceremony at home a few weeks before the wedding to take care of the legalities with the minimum of fuss (many of them don’t even tell family or friends to keep it very low-key).

With all the paperwork taken care of, you can focus on your wedding here where you will make your vows, exchange your rings and express your commitment to each other in front of friends and family in a beautiful location in Mallorca.

Absolutely! We love creating personalised ceremonies for LBTGQ couples.

We have lots of readings which are great for same-sex couples and many gender-neutral ones too.

What paperwork do we need to fill out?

To arrange your ceremony, just send us an email or complete the enquiry form in the Contact us section. If you already have a preference for one of our celebrant team, let us know and we’ll check if they are free. Otherwise, we’ll advise you on who is available for your day. You can have introductory call if you wish. Then, when you’ve decided, we send you a deposit invoice, our Terms & Conditions, and a simple questionnaire, About your Ceremony so that you can tell us a bit more about who will be involved on the day, your preferred readings, music and other aspects. That’s all the paperwork done!

Yes we do! Some couples choose to combine this with their wedding or vow renewal.

That’s not usually necessary, and most couples arrive just a couple of days before the wedding so timing would be tight. But we can have a Zoom call before you leave to go though the timings and orchestration of your ceremony.

Yes, that’s a great idea, and there are many great ways your children can play a role. They can be flower girls or ring-bearers or help to tie the ribbons with you in a hand-fasting ceremony which unites the whole family. Older children can also do a special reading as part of the ceremony.

Yes, absolutely! As wedding celebrants, we can perform ceremonies in gardens, in vineyards, in private villas, you name it.

Usually it’s easier and more convenient for us to chat via a Zoom or Skype call. But if you are visiting the Palma or Soller area, let’s meet up for a coffee!

It’s generally about 30 minutes.

On the day, we’ll arrive at least 30 minutes before starting time to set up and liaise with your key people, such as your planner, photographers for checking where they’ll stand during special moments of the ceremony and musicians/PA team for sound checks. Yes you will. If you need to postpone the wedding, that’s also fine for us. But do let us know as soon as possible if this is the case.
