We help mark this important transition in your life and create a space for you to take this step together. Our personalised ceremony captures the love you feel for each other and draws in your family and friends in a warm and vibrant celebration with music and readings which express the most important feelings you wish to share. With over twelve years experience of creating memorable weddings, we draw on your own special story to make a personal and heartfelt ceremony in English, Swedish, German or Spanish.

Here is what two of our couples said after their ceremony:

Ulf, we just wanted to say once again, how much we enjoyed the ceremony on Tuesday and how your contribution really made the day super-special. We loved your singing and we loved your words- that made us both quite emotional. It will be be a day we will never forget.

Just thinking about the most special of ceremonies you celebrated for us. The unconditional happiness and love I felt in those moments – your words, the music, the dream-like setting, and more than anything, our vows. It was like we were the only two people in the world. I can still feel it. And I hope I always will. Two words are nowhere near enough but, truly, thank you.Wedding ceremony in Mallorca

How we work- let’s take this one step at a time!

Our celebrants are not only skilled for their writing and celebration skills, but also because they are passionate about weddings and communicate with warmth, clarity and a dash of humour, to bring your love story to life. We walk you through the process of designing a beautiful and heartfelt ceremony script, one step at a time.

Step 1: we set up a phone call or Skype or Zoom chat. It’s an opportunity for us to get to know each other and a chance for you to get find out more about what’s involved

Step 2: we ask you to give us some more information in our About your Ceremony form.  Here, ask you more about who you are, how you met, your plans for the day and who will involved on the day.

Step 3: about three months before the wedding date, your chosen celebrant starts work on your draft ceremony script. We give you all the help you need on important elements such as:

  • Choosing how to say your vows (including writing your own if you wish)
  • Suggesting readings to fit you and your ceremony
  • Advising on special enhancements such as our wine box ceremony or hand-fasting (both included in our price)
  • Discussing ceremony etiquette, processional and recessional co-ordination

Step 4: we produce the final script and consolidate your event set-up, readers, music and enhancements, to be ready about three weeks before your event date.

Step 5: On your wedding day, your celebrant is on site at least 30 minutes before the ceremony starts. He will check the set-up to ensure that everything is in place, do a sound-check of the PA system, meet your readers or witnesses and talk to your photographer or videographer about where to stand during special moments. He is also on hand to calm any last minute nerves and to mingle with your guests. Then, he checks the readiness of the bridal party, cues up the processional music- and we’re ready to go!
